Assembly and commissioning
Assembly, commissioning, repairs and inspections of heavy industrial machines require a lot of experience and sensitivity. The increasing complexity of machines and systems, dealing with the conditions on site and working under high deadline pressure can only be managed by experienced specialists. Our outdoor assembly team continually meets these requirements around the world.
We work with you to develop process plans for your project, operate on site with qualified personnel for assembly or supervision and provide you with engineering support until successful commissioning. Detailed reports and measurement protocols document the quality of the work carried out and provide a “fingerprint” regarding the condition of the machine.

Technical Services
We support you within the limitation period for liability for material defects and also offer you selected service modules to ensure the constant availability of your systems after commissioning. Property-related service agreements specifically define the type and scope of the services to be provided.
Our team works closely with the internal specialist departments such as calculation and design and can therefore advise you on all questions about the drive and the associated peripherals.
Overview of technical services
On-call service
You can reach us Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding public holidays. You can arrange further on-call service with us.
Maintenance
Experienced employees are available to develop maintenance and repair plans. We would be happy to undertake the work required on your drives.
Training
We train your staff on site or in-house.
Inspection
As part of inspections, we evaluate the current condition of your drives from mechanical and electrical aspects. We determine the causes of noticeable wear, derive necessary consequences and create replacement part recommendations. Provided that the machines are operated and maintained correctly, an extension of the warranty can be agreed.
With the help of frequency analysis, we are able to carry out detailed examinations of machines and systems. A fault diagnosis is therefore not limited to the drive, but can also include, for example, gearboxes and foundations.
Repair
As an economical alternative to a new drive, we offer repairs and upgrades to electrical machines. The repairs identified from the on-site findings are carried out in our factory. By using all the processes and equipment used in new production, we guarantee the high quality of our repairs.

Test house services and contract manufacturing
Due to our modern and powerful testing technology, we are able to offer you comprehensive test house services such as routine, type and system tests as a neutral partner. If requested, we can also carry out special tests as part of product development. Our company has the necessary specialists and extensive experience with the testing requirements of various acceptance organizations at home and abroad (e.g. IBexU, DNV.GL, Lloyd's Register of Shipping, Bureau Veritas, TÜV Nord, Deutsche Bahn). We will create detailed test plans upon your request.

Thanks to our modern systems and equipment, we provide services in electrical engineering as well as for the mechanical processing of very large components and assemblies. Benefit from our optimal factory equipment:

Spare parts supply
Our competent team is your contact for all technical and commercial questions regarding spare parts procurement and stocking. A local spare parts warehouse is helpful for quick service in the event of damage. We would be happy to provide you with a suitable recommendation. If desired, we can also keep your fault reserve in our factory in Dresden.
